From mobile cards to an open reading workspace

Metkagram began as a mobile grammar practice app. The web edition keeps the core idea: read the phrase first, then see how it works.

Mobile first

The original Android and iOS apps combined flashcards, drills, minimal pairs, examples, and spaced repetition for English and German practice.

Grammar is easier to reuse when it stays inside a complete phrase. Markup reveals the roles in that phrase without turning the page into a rulebook.

The mobile apps remain listed in their stores. The current work focuses on a public, readable web collection of annotated sets and patterns.
