It's not X; it's Y vs Not so much X as Y

How to choose: Are you replacing an inaccurate interpretation, or only shifting the main emphasis while allowing X to remain partly true?

Core distinction

Use CLF061 when X is the wrong frame and Y should replace it. Use CLF062 when X still contains some truth but Y is the more important explanation or description. The second frame is deliberately less absolute.
